Bags of potential

Is it possible to have a carbon copy weekend?  I ask merely because so far, the weekend is virtually identical to last week.  Perhaps this is just the early signs of me accepting my fate as a middle aged dullard and collapsing into a useless heap as soon as my weeks work is finished?  Who knows.  I managed to watch some football this afternoon, which was fun, as it was done on the internet.  I then played with my new gadget...the Mino Flip HD Camcorder.  I bought it second hand from eBay for £60 and have since added a gorillapod tripod.  it is the size of a mobile phone, and is is excellent quality considering the price (About £130 new).  I have bought it for work mainly, but as it is so small I can pop it into my bag for any occasion.  Very impressed with it so far.  I also spent the afternoon sorting out my "Manbag".  This is a source of wonderment for me, because really, it just reminds me of sorting out my school satchel before I went of to Monksmead Infant School all those years ago.  My bag started off clean, tidy and well equipped, and ended up a subject of derision, and feel into misuse and eventually disuse in the end.  I wonder if there is a metaphor in there somewhere?  Now I am allegedly a grown up, I fill my bag with important grown p things, but it is still the well equipped stationery section that gives my the greatest pleasure.  It has a section all to itself, and has things in it that I will probably never use....but it gives me a warm comforting feeling.

I am beginning to wonder if it might be an idea to simply title each blog post with the date rather than continue with some of the titles I have given?  It becomes a struggle thinking of what to call each day, and frankly, some of them are bleeding awful.  I have also decided that I need some more photos on this place to liven it up.  The revolving ones in the header are OK, but I would like to see some more variety, so I will see what I can come up with.
