Lazy Sunday

I am not sure I have felt this relaxed in a long time. You know that feeling on a Sunday afternoon where you had a heavy night but have just had a glass of wine with your lunch? That woozy sleepy blissful feeling that tells you that you have nothing to do and therefore you have permission to do nothing? Well that's how I have felt for about a week now. I know that all this has to end and that within a matter of days but I do not have that feeling of impending doom just yet. I started today with a business meeting... Yes a business meeting on a Sunday... Baby Jesus would have hated me. All technical stuff is planned for the year now so I am feeling happy. We then had a visit from cousin Nic which was lovely. Had a long chat with Mrs Plug about my writing and she expressed her opinion that I needed to focus more on time management in order to perfect what I write. It's a fair point and one that I will need to devote some energy to. We then spent the evening watching Victoria Wood's wonderful drama about Morecambe and Wise called "Eric and Ernie". Superbly written and acted it was the perfect example of why the BBC is such an essential organisation.
