Today, we started the process of moving me into what was known as the dining room. This is a massive job really, and if I am honest, my heart was not in it at the start of the day. However, after what seemed like an eternity, I had managed to build the new desk, and set up the office into some sort of workable space. The old office has now returned to being a "Breakfast Room", and looks quite sweet really. I also emptied what was really a cupboard full of junk, which is now going to be the larder. There is still much going through of paperwork required, but for the moment this will all work quite nicely I think. I expect to be spending many hours in here, and it really is a lovely room, so it's important to get it to feel right.
